✅ Since our products are handmade and delicate, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective on arrival.
2️⃣ Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Share clear photos or videos showing the damage.

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

❌ Custom or personalized orders
❌ Sale or discounted items
4️⃣ Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
5️⃣ Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, we start preparing your order and cannot cancel it.
